Arrive: Airport collection, welcome and safety briefing.
Phase One: Wildlife Protection and Conservation: The first three weeks of the expedition are spent in a small village called Uchira which is located in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Here we work with a local NGO undertaking vitally important surveys, transacts and patrols.
Phase Two: Wildlife Safari: After the three weeks it is time to move on and the volunteers are ready to head out for there next adventure. We have a day and a night in Arusha the Safari capital of the World, before heading out on Safari.
Phase Three: Maasai Bomas: Really immerse yourself in the local Maasai community, enjoy a traditional welcoming ceremony with the Maasai, take part in wildlife surveying, teach English, work in an orphanage and much more.
Phase Four: Zanzibar - Beach & Chillout: The last week of the trip is a week trip to Zanzibar as reward for all the hard work the volunteers have been doing. The trip includes 2 nights in Dar-es-salaam, one night stone town and three nights Kendwa Rocks.
