How does it work?
We have a database of Australian employers who are looking for workers across three broad professions in the outback and rural areas of Australia. To secure your job you are required to complete your training (up to five days) which is included in your fee. The three professions you can work in are rural/farm agricultural work, hospitality and teaching.
In all three options, during your stay you are paid and are also provided with three meals per day and excellent accommodation. Pay scales start from around A$ 1500/ £650/US 1,000 per month.

Experience Australia and get paid.
We will help you organise your working visa for you before you arrive in Australia, and meet you at Brisbane airport.
You will then spend a couple of days on the beach to recover from your jet lag, before we start your training course which will be followed by a guaranteed paid job.
You choose your job - work on an outback ranch, in a bar or restaurant or as a teacher.
Once you have completed your course we will then provide you with a GUARANTEED job!
We also can offer baggage storage while you travel around, as well as emergency back up for the 365 days that your visa is valid in Australia, plus it is a great way to safely meet fellow travelers.
AIrport pick up, beach weekend, then start your training
On arrival at Brisbane airport we will collect you and take you to your beach based hostel. We typically request a Thursday arrival date. UK and other selected nationalities can get up to a year working visa or two years if you do the outback placement only.
USA passports can get four month working visas, for all of our job options. All visas are subject to individual application, so do call or email us with any questions you have.
Working for up to 3 Months in One Place
The Australian working holiday visa allows you to work in any job for up to 3 months. After this time you have the choice to work in another job for 3 months or go off and do some travelling around the country. Once you decide you want to work again, get back in contact with us and we’ll find you another position. The maximum time you can spend in a country is one year unless you are working in the outback - see above.
If you fancy going travelling for a few months, then working later on in your year that’s fine too!
Your First Week
Upon arrival our staff will assist you in settling in to your new home country for the next year. First stop is the immigration department where any last minute paperwork is carried out before you are treated to a weekend stay in one of our beach hostels. A couple of days on the beach to soak up the Aussy lifestyle then on Monday morning you embark on your chosen training course.
Assistance is also given in opening an Australian bank account and completing tax forms so you are fully prepared before you start..
3 Options - OUTBACK RANCH, Polo, HOSPITALITY OR TEACHING?
Option 1. Select the Outback agriculture course and you will be riding horses or motorbikes to assist in rounding-up the cattle and sheep on a cattle station. Other options include farm work where everything from fencing, using a chainsaw and animal skills are taught. This is a time to ‘muck in’ and learn to be a Jackeroo! Also help on polo farms and clubs too!
Placements on this course are usually on a farm or cattle ranch, but it is also possible to get placements working with horses such as on a polo pony ranch. You should be prepared to get fit doing this physical work.
Option 2. On your five day Hospitality course, you will learn the basic skills for working in an Australian bar, restaurant or hotel. To further improve your skills we include two practice training sessions in a working farm home stay, bar or even a classic Australian road-house!
There are various guaranteed jobs for you in all these work places once you have completed the full course.
Full backup is provided at all times to ensure your safety and a great time!
- time to relax by our pool.
Option 3. Teaching – again you will complete a five day general course first to prepare you for the work ahead, before checking our job placements and choosing the one that suits you.
Once you get started you will be working as a private tutor for children aged between five and twelve on the Australian Government Distance learning program. Most teaching is one to one.
Classes mostly take place in the morning, so in the afternoon you will be either helping out on the outback station or in the family home.
- while you are there, come and dive the famous Great Barrier Reef or visit Sydney.
Explore Australia
Why not use your time off between jobs to head up to Cairns and learn to dive on the amazing Great Barrier Reef? Plan an overland trip to explore the centre of Oz and Alice Springs? If it's nightlife you seek, you have to visit Sydney! There is just so much to do you’ll wish you came sooner!
All the time you explore and work, safe in the knowledge we provide you with emergency back-up, support and advice for 365 days of the year you are there.
