3 weeks California Surf School
Surfing is the coolest sport around and there is no better place to learn than on the Pacific Ocean beaches near Ocean Side – ideally placed between San Diego and Los Angles.
Our campus is located near the beautiful Southern California coastline. During the day you’ll study English or American culture and then head to the beach for 2 hours of surf class to learn how to surf or improve your current surfing skills. All of our instructors are skilled CPR certified surfers with years of ocean experience and teach at a professional level.
In addition, the program includes a field trip to the Surf Museum and a tour of a surfboard manufacturing shop to learn how surfboards are designed.
Surfing is one of the most exhilarating and natural experiences available. Nothing can match the rush of paddling for the perfect swell, jumping to your feet and riding a wave of pure energy. If you’ve never tried surfing you’re going to love it!
Your California Surfing adventure includes:
- Roundtrip airport transfer (San Diego International Airport)
- Welcome and full safety briefing.
- Twin room accommodation with an American home stay or student residence (July only)
- Breakfast and dinner daily
- Surfboard and rashguard rental
- SURF CLASS (10 lessons per week)
- Plus choice of extra cals:
- Option A: Intensive Surf Clinic (10 lessons per week)
- Option B: Sports on Campus (10 lessons per week)
- Excursions to the Surf Museum and a surfboard manufacturer
- Optional excursions to Disneyland, Sea World, and San Diego for additional fees
- Activities including area tour, sports, shopping, pizza party, and games
- Use of college facilities, including computer lab and library
- Greenforce polo and certificate of completion
- Farewell Party
- Full supervision on all activities and excursions including emergency back up.
