PROJECT OUTLINE:

London Briefing: We prepare you before you go. Project, medical and country briefing sessions.

Arrival: Kathmandu Airport Pickup. Welcome and Safety Briefing.
Introduction Week: Learn about Nepalese’s Customs and Cultures. Explore the time warp that is Kathmandu, learn some basic Nepalese.

Community Program: In the first week head out of Kathmandu to the rural areas. Previously cut off due to the Maoist take over the remote village and basic schools need urgent assistance. The projects are based on what the community requires: we have provided fresh water wells, new school buildings, methane stoves and agriculture projects. Living in local home stays, you will quickly become part of the real Nepal.

Week 4-5: Everest: Back to Kathmandu and the flight to Lukla (included). Porters and government approved Sherpa's will now lead you on the trek to Everest Base Camp. Trekking thru remote mountain villages, staying overnight in tea houses. An amazing adventure through the mountains of Nepal to the highest mountain in the world!

Finally, fly back to Kathmandu for your final dinner – the end to your packed adventure in one of the last mountain Kingdoms.
