London Briefing. We prepare you before you go. County, medical and project briefings.
Arrive: George Airport - Knysna. Airport pick up. Welcome and safety briefing.
Week 1+ Introduced to your Clinic or hospital. Placements depend on the level of experience you have. We have static clinics where you will provide vital assistance to the existing medical staff. Both in monitoring, primary care or health education.
There are also mobile clinics. An ideal opportunity to take critical medical facilities to rural or remote communities.
These placements are ideal for gap year volunteers with limited or no medical experience.

Arrive: Port Elizabeth. Airport pick up. Welcome and safety briefing.
Week 1+ Introduced to your school or sports club. You actual coaching will depend on the time of year the school year. Working with the existing teachers, you will create, develop and implement a coaching plan.
Typically working with other volunteers you will develop management skills, public speaking and lesson planning as well as a passion for your selected sport. Ideal for pre and post uni gap years.
You live in our volunter house with most meals included. Weekends are free to explore, maybe go on one of our option trips:safari etc.
